Breakfasts for happiness and health!
🥥 I love breakfast, it’s my favourite meal of the day and I make an effort to make something delicious that will give me great pleasure to eat!
🥥My regular breakfast is all about coconut! I have coconut yoghurt, frozen dark berries (full of antioxidants) heated with a tablespoon of coconut oil, with a sprinkling toasted coconut flakes, cocoa nibs and walnuts and finally a small drizzle of raw honey.
🥥All parts of the coconut plant are great for our health.  The natural fats in coconut have been found to support brain and heart health as well as actually encouraging our body to burn fat and reducing hunger.  Ongoing studies are looking at the beneficial effects of coconut oils for treating Alzheimer’s, epilepsy and other chronic health conditions.
🥥Whatever meal you are making, putting care into its preparation and cooking something you love aids the digestive process,  helping us to extract maximum goodness from whatever we eat.
