I also now aim for 5 portions of veg a day and 2 of fruit and have found that including veg at breakfast is one of the best ways of managing this.  Avocados and eggs or sautéed tomatoes and mushrooms with omelette are favourites of mine.  #nutrition #wellbeing #immunity #immuneboosting #guthealth
