As we head into the weekend, many of us might be looking forward to a treat like a glass of wine or piece of chocolate or cake!  Here’s some sensible advice for a Friday night from published nutritionist and Friend of Orenda, Stephanie Moore.

“If having a treat, make sure you eat it with total awareness and acceptance rather than feeling guilty. Why eat something you love and not enjoy it! You’ll find you need a treat less often if you do this.

And if you fancy some chocolate or a glass of wine, get the very best quality you can afford. This will help you really appreciate it without having too much”.
